The PMETH Principles™ and PMETHods™ are based on real world experiences of seeing what leadership is NOT and seeing every day the effects poor leadership has on a business environment and the people in it. 

I have seen all the things our leaders do—most of which they are not even aware of—that detract from morale, decrease productivity and cost companies hundreds of thousands of dollars.

In the PMETH seminars we will discuss the most common pitfalls that even the savviest of business finds themselves in, and how to avoid them.
